Missing SOAP service header files

Hi,

I tried to compile the Calc SOAP service sample of WINCE 4.2.
(WINCE42/PUBLIC/SERVERS/SDK/SAMPLES/SOAP/CALC/SERVICE/RPC/CPPSRV/)

But there is a header file missing (calcsvcrpccpp.h).
I cant find it anywhere.

Any suggestions?
