IT SEEMS THE SYSTEM THINKS I AM ON AN OLD IE AND WANTS ME TO UP IE. BUT I

enable the Windows Firewall before installing, uninstalling, and
reinstalling IE8?

I have tried to un-install then re-install the latest Java release for
Windows - no change. I re-installed Internet Explore 8 - no change. I
scaned
with Superantispyware - nothing found. I am running Windows XP Pro
SP3.
