cannot find sky.com

This your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

Or do you just mean you cannot get to the web page http://www.sky.com/ ?

If the former: http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/skyhelpcentre
If the latter: Scan your system for malware/trojans/viruses.
