I had the same problem and, after uninstlling patches, Tomcat
succesfully
start.

Hi,
Did you find witch patch caused your issue? I'm running a system with
Intersystems Caché on Windows Server 2k3 SP2 and after the patches were
installed, I to, have to set the memory allocation to someting less than
1024 MB. I tried to install those patches on another similar system,
one by one, but was not able to reproduce the problem.
