unable to update winXP - error 0x80096004
Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance
I'm using Windows XP SP3 professional and am unable to access the
microsoft update page. I get the error message(not in the help and
support page) :-
"[Error number: 0x80096004]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you
are trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the
problem. "
