okay so i reinstalled windows and formatted the drive. The problem is
that it gets rid of the problem and i know this b/c the first thing i
did was run MBAM and it said nothing. then I set up my windows firewall
and installed my usb. Then of course went online and the same problem.

So what do I have to do to make sure that I don't get infected again
