You can get direct help from Microsoft for issues with virus infections or
issues related to security patches.
In the United States or Canada, dial 1-866-pcsafety. Elsewhere in the
world, equivalent help is available, although the phone call may not be
free. Call your local Microsoft Subsidiary, or the number for paid support
in your locale, and ask for the free help with virus infections or security
patch related issues.
You might also consider going with posting a HijackThis log in a specialized
forum that deals with reading such logs:

The problem is not about the Zune,but about updating my system.
Just yesterday night,i was trying to update,and it all installed,but after
that,the computer restarted itself,and it gave me the same thing,it could not
start the system,instad of this,it just gave me a screen which says there was
a problem about starting windows,and it is checking for solutions,it keeps me
waiting until the solution is found,but it can not find any solution,and the
system deletes the last program that i installed to my computer...

I installed Zune,and after the installation finished,the program told me to
restart the computer.when restarting,it downloaded the updates
automatically,and after that,it could not start the windows system.the
screen appeared and told something like your computer could not restart.it
kept we waiting like 5 minutes,and after waiting and starting windows,the

It is not the problem that happens with only Zune,but whenever it installs
updates,the system always deletes the last program that I installed.
