Sorry to vent here in the post below, but I am VERY agitated with this
situation. It has been over a week of trying to get this to load and get a
responce from MS and nothing. In fact my PC now works lousy, very slow and
sluggish and sets error codes intermitantly since I started trying to get
this to download. MS has yet to email me back on this issue and their live
support either does not work or is always busy, because all I get is a screen
that says "loading" and after 3 hours, that looses connection. I was really
hoping to gfet this resolved today, as I had the day off for my sick son, but
I spent ALL day on this site trying to resolve this and still have not. I
really just need some one to explain the method 3 a little more in depth, as
I can not afford to pay some one to come do it for me and my kids need this
PC for school work. So PLEASE some one, if you can explain it more in depth
as to how to save the notebook after doing the cut and paste and where to
double click on it, that would be greatly appreciated!!

it would be GREATLY appreciated!! I am obviously not understanding something
about method 3, but have no clue what it is. If some one could just explain
it a little more in depth, I think I could get it!! Thanks!
