Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I installed a Windows update this past weekend and now it seems like it takes
forever for my computer to load when I start it and it runs slower than it
did before the update was installed. Do you have any idea what could have
caused this and how do I fix it?
