slow system

...can anyone help my system is running so slow i have all updates, i have had
enough of system restore or disc clean any ideas anyone? it only seems slow
since instored malicious tool and service pack xp 3... i am unable to get on
inter if i do it loads page then thats all i can do it freezes

... I would be more inclined to either look for updated drivers or perhaps ... I can say here is that I install ALL updates my two computers, ... it is not good to use System Restore to recover from updated ...
