For Vista, use the control panel and change your settings to include Office
updates "get updats for more products" see
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial140.html
MU and WU for Vista doesn't work the same way as it does for WinXP.

I have been receiving errors when Office Outlook 2007 opened concerning the.

Today, I decided to run Office diagnostics, the upshot was that there were
Office updates that should be applied. I clicked on the link provided. I
found that I had to install an ActiveX, which I did. The response was:
"...To install updates from this website, you must be logged on as an
administrator or a member of the Administrators group on your computer. If
you use Windows XP, you can see if you are an administrator by going to User
Accounts in Control Panel.
Note: If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings
might also prevent you using this website. Contact your system administrator
for help with updates...."
I have used this Windows Vista Ultimate system for the 19 months, I am the
only user "Administrator" on the system. What can I do now?
