I don't understand why XP SP3 has shown up as an update on several of our
XP
stations at work, but not mine or some other employee's. I even have it
at
home. Is there a prerequisite for XP SP3?

I have been trying to install service pack 3 for months now and haven't
been
successful. I keep getting a message saying unable to source PRO11.MSI
as it
seems I am mising some component of Office 2003. I do not have a disc of
Office 2003 professional as it came already installed on my pc. Does
this
mean I have to buy a new edition of this? I have noticed a few other
programs havent been working properly due to the lack of SP3 as well. I
have
Xp home edition. Any help much appreciated as i seem to be going round in
circles on the microsoft help site
.
