Error number: 0x80096001

WU stopped working for me some weeks ago. It starts to scan for updates and
then give me:

The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.
[Error number: 0x80096001]

I tried everything I could find in the KB and Google.
