What's happening is that 'something' is locking msxml4.dll and it can not be replaced. That 'something' could be printer software [Ex: HP] or security software.
Best way to rename msxml4.dll is to boot to Safe Mode as the printer software nor the AV should be interfering then.

Today got a Windows update KB936181 on my Vista Home Premium and installed it. Then it came up again as new update available so i tried again. I now have 2 of them in my Update history and it wants to intall again. It also doesn't show up in my Programs and Features. Dont know what to do.
