Uniblue.....RegisterBooster 2

I have the windows vista Ultimate.. I installed it on my Laptop, it didn't
come with the Laptop.. i bought it before it be available in the markets..

So I faced some problems with every update.. So i stopped the updates since
10 monthes or more..

Anyway, because the problems with the update I lost a lot of program files &
dll ..I format the windows to turn it back.. but the problem happened again..
But I found a program " RegistryBooster 2 " it can returns back all the
missing files and no need to format my windows.. I try it in the trail period
and it was excellent.. but now I have to register it .. So, my question is :
Is this program has a certificate from the Microsot?? I mean is it trusted?
because they add this sentence on their web site " Micrososft.... GOLD
CERTIFICATED, Partner "....

Please answer me because i need it...
