The first frame for installing SP-1 requires I read the EULA. So I do...and
scroll to the bottom of the EULA but there is no "I accept" box so I cannot
move forward and install.


That can be a symptom if incorrect Display settings.
Specifically DPI may be too big.
If you don't want to change to DPI 96
try pressing Tab to see if changing the keyboard focus
changes the the portion of the screen you then get to see.



Please help with this issue. I have tried re-doing it several times and I
get the same thing. Thank you.
