Then the update is not needed, Jeff. As per posted previously:

Thanks for confirming that KB944338 was not offered nor is it apparently needed to mitigate the vulnerability descrived above when Windows Script 5.7 is installed.
Will be attending a meeting with MS at 5 PM, PDST. If I hear anything different will post back with the info.
