Thank you, Denis, for this and the prior response. I think that you are
probably right that a subsequent repair install is the only way to correct
this. I probably should have done that right away rather than fool around.
Usually I follow a list of steps from the previous install so that I do
things in the right order but I didn't this time --- thought by now that I
knew it all --- oh well, we live and learn! Thanks for your help.
