and you can't tell the difference between release candidate
and beta code.
Jim, by definition, ANY code from ANY developer is beta or some
such other test designation until/unless it is released so why
quibble about my use of the term?
--what'd you expect to gain from this even if it'd
worked, assuming your system was running fine on SP2? never
ceases to amaze me how many people voluntarily trash their
system on unreliable code and then whine they've got no
backups.
I agree RC is still not the final product but it has a very
great chance of being released as a final product. What I
don't understand is why people seeks for resolution when RC
products fails to work properly.
