Hello James,

From the diagnostic information it appears everything related to OGA/WGA is
fine. I would suggest following PA Bear [MS MVP]'s advice on how to resolve
this issue. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you,

This seems a common problem with repair without the console of XP Home.

This seems to be a common problem when on repairs WindowsXP Home without
using the console.

http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=693178 shows the same problem.
This is a common problem with repairing windows XP Home. see log of this

Tip: Temporarily disable real-time protection by your anti-virus and/or

to install the update(s). If you disable a third-party firewall, do NOT
connect to the internet without having the Windows Firewall enabled!

I use Windows Automatic Update to install my updates. Just recently, it
shows
to update to Windows Installer 3.1 Redistributable (v2). I have it
update
but
it says that it could not be installed. I get a 0x8007005 error code. I
tried going to Microsoft's website
to download it myself, and do both "Run" and "Save" but I still get an
error
that states it could not be installed. Then it proceeds to uninstall
that
package and reboot my computer. Here is my KB893803v2.log:
