With this log I would first try doing a search of this newsgroup for
either: 80248014 MVP or: 0x80248014 MVP
If that doesn't yield any suggestions also do a web search for:
(80248014 OR 0x80248014) site:support.microsoft.com
Then, finally, if you still need help, start your own thread with
an appropriately descriptive Subject and as much relevant details
as you can assemble.
