Then either you didn't call the right number or you didn't clearly state
that your problem was the inability to install any critical security
updates.
I'm in the UK, the call gets an incident number, and some ineffectual
suggestions. Next call you wait while the "operative" brings up
the details, scratches his head, more suggestions, etc.

That's why I am trying this group to see if anyone recognises
the error code, and has found a fix.
