F:\WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe would mean that you are attempting to
install the Windows Update Agent from drive F:\
Is there an F:\ drive on your system ?
Download the WUA and move it to the drive where Windows is installed to.
usually, C:\. Then install it from there.
