Re: Error 800703E6

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

MowGreen,

Yes, I've tried rebooting the system and tried to update again. Same error.
I'm not running any Antivirus at this point. Firewall is through MS
defender. Noting else. I've even stop some of the non-essential start up
program that I thought might be causing the error. Still not able to do
update.
Any other suggestions?

Mike

Mike,

Did you try rebooting the system to see if that got rid of the error
message ?

800703E6 Error_Noaccess to memory location
Invalid access to memory location; Cannot complete this function

Which firewall is being used and which antivirus software is installed ?

I'm trying to do Windows vista update and the error code comes back 800703E6.
I try using the "Try Agian" button but the same error code comes back. Does
anyone have a way to get around the error so I can do the update needed.
Thanks
