None really. Since any exploit can be used from RealPlayer to Quicktime to Internet
Explorer to Java. Even if a patch is issued and installed for one exploit, a new exploit
that remains unpatched may be utilized. Many malicious web sites use a multi faceted
exploitatation attempt.

The fact is you used the word "cure". You should actually be thinking prevention.
