You were going to open a free support incident, Len. I'm not sure reinstalling 942615 and then installing 946627 is going to address your printing problem. I'd recommend sticking with your original plan (free support incident) and seeing what Support has to offer.

Microsoft released today (Dec-21-2007) KB946627 that does the Regedit to
fix the problem caused by the KB942615 security update without you having
to do the Regedit directly.
