Contact MS from the information supplied below. Since KB935897 is a SECURITY update, then you are entitled to no charge support for " issues associated " with it. Same with KB92991.
Do NOT mention any of the other updates that will not install :

Support
• Customers in the U.S. and Canada can receive technical support from Microsoft Product Support Services at 1-866-PCSAFETY. There is no charge for support calls that are associated with security updates.
• International customers can receive support from their local Microsoft subsidiaries. There is no charge for support that is associated with security updates. For more information about how to contact Microsoft for support issues, visit the International Support Web site.

The above is from the Security Bulletin page for KB935807:

Microsoft Security Bulletin MS07-038 - Moderate
Vulnerability in Windows Vista Firewall Could Allow Information Disclosure (935807)
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms07-038.mspx

Support *may* ask for a credit card number. Give it to them but READ the Support section of the Security Bulletin to them IF they say that you will be charged for support.

4. Update for Windows Vista (KB933928)
5. Update for Windows Vista (KB93528)

I have Windows Vista Home Premium Edition operating on a Dell XPS 410 system. I have spent over an hour online with Dell technicians and they were unable to resolve the problem. When I try to obtain help from Microsoft they want to charge me an "arm and a leg." Can anyone out there help me?
