I have Windows Vista Home Premium Edition operating on a Dell XPS 410 system. I have spent over an hour online with Dell technicians and they were unable to resolve the problem. When I try to obtain help from Microsoft they want to charge me an "arm and a leg." Can anyone out there help me?
