The last 3 updates you listed are all Cumulative Security Updates for Internet Explorer. Since they are Cumulative, you only need to install
KB939653.

Is Internet Explorer 7 installed ? If yes, did this installation issue with the updates for IE start occurring after it was installed ?

If the answer is NO to both questions, let's start with KB929969 .. go to Start > Run > type in or copy and paste the below into the Open: line

%windir%\KB929969.log

Click OK or press Enter
The log will now open
Go back to Start > Run and enter

%windir%\KB939653.log
Click OK or press Enter

Please post the contents of both logs into your reply.
If they won't fit due to size, then please make 2 posts.
