No, I am on internet expolor. I spoke to someone from Comcast and it is
only when I wast to ask a question that I am not able to. Replying is not a
problem..About deleting trial files, they would not uninstall and I had help
trying. I was told they were problably corrupted or damaged which is what
the problem is. Like I said, I am a novice so I truly appreciate
suggestions and advice.

Hmmm - did you post using the Web Interface still?
Anyway - to answer your new question - what do you mean by "cannot
uninstall"?
Do they not have a mechanism to get rid of them?

That should get you to what used to be known as "Add or Remove Programs" in
Windows XP.
You also could look into PC Decrapifier...

Might help you get rid of some of the stuff - although the best/safest rout
(without installing more stuff to get rid of later) is to go through and
remove them yourself.
