Check the Services console from Start > Search > type in
services
Click OK or press Enter
Is the Software Licensing Service disabled ? If so, reenable it by setting
the Startup type to Automatic.

The mentioned service was already enabled and is set to "automatic".
Unfortunatly, so what should I try next?
