WSUS Issue with traffic

Hi,

I am from New Zealand and we are trying to make our wsus server get updates
from one IP. Currently it is bouncing between a few of them and costing us
alot in the way of traffic. Is there anything we can do to point it at a
certian location? The one we want to use 203.167.223.236 which is
a203-167-223-236.deploy.akamaitechnologies.com.
