Maybe you installed a hardware update
Manually run winupdate & review history to see what you installed.

Hi i have installed a few important update for my hp laptop and after
restarting it the blue screen comes up and then restarts the pc where i am
forced to go on the safe mode with access to the server to go on the
internet. I would like to know how to solve this problem please and what
could be the cause of this? This is the first time that windows update has
ever crashed anyone of my laptops
