Update KB928366 won't install wrote:
I have the shield showing in my tray saying it is ready to install this
update (KB928366). But each time I try, I get the message that it has
failed to install. But the shield will not go away. Then each time I want
to shut down, it asks if I want to install. Again, and I have tried
numerous time, it fails and the shield in my tray continues to show up on
the next start-up. Also, it does not show up in the installed programs
(indicates it has failed in the history of updates). Any suggestions?
