Unfortunately ALL recommendations posted do not work. The bloody KB928365
update continues to appear! I hope Microsoft remedies this glitch ASAP.

As it appears the only solution is to remove the problem framework version and reinstall
the same. Some have had success at installing the original over itself rather than
removing the same. Some have had to use the cleanup utilities.
