Who/what is offering you "an update to MS Java Machine"? What's the name or the KB article of this update?

Is C:\Program Files\Sun Java <=this folder present on the machine?

I'm being offered an update to MS Java Machine for my XP Home. I don't want
it. I don't want MS Java at all. Once I saw some instructions on how to
remove all of MS Java -- but I can't find them now.

Is this the right group for me to ask how to do that? Presumably then the
update would not be offered again.
