Re: Windows Update not updated on pc

Hello Robin,

I went through this exercise last week on update Tuesday. The first time I
got the message about the website's encountering a problem. Then I tried
again and the new software was installed and downloads proceeded normally.

Just now, after reading this message, I clicked on my Windows Update
shortcut and once again I was told that I need to install new software. I
agreed to this and saw a message stating that files were downloading. It
reached 100% and then said it was installing.

Immediately, I received a message letting me know that "[Error number:
0x80070020] The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the
page you are trying to view."

So it seems something with Windows updates is still somehow messed up.
