I am hoping someone can help me? Please....
I use web mail for work. I have recently brought a new PC that has Vista
Home Premium installed. I now use IE 7 (dont know if there are any updates
that I may need...how do you check that?) In XP everything was fine...
I log onto web mail (secure login via work) and hey presto everything is
displayed correctly then I press reply or reply or reply to all and what I
get is the headings correct including the other person's email address then
the body of the text message is a blue background with;
A WHITE BOX WITH A RED DIAGONAL CROSS THROUGH IT
I have now been trying to sort this out for almost 2 days. My kids have
Windows XP and it is BRILLIANT on their computers - so why can't I use
webmail with VISTA? I have even taken the step of removing all my Anti Virus
software but still this is happening...
PLEASE HELP ME! I AM CRACKING UP!!!
Will sooooo love you forever!
Jo
