Installation of Windows Server2003-KB914961-SP2-x86-ENU.exe fails

I tried to install SP2 Service Pack on our 2 Windows 2003 Enterprise Servers
working as a cluster. I got error Message: Service Pack 2 Setup Error. Setup
could not verify the integrity of the file Update.inf. Make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer.
I tried several hints posted here but the problem still exist.
could someone check my svcpack.log file and get me an hint how to solve the
problem:
