In the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup
Bootstrap\LOG\Hotfix\SQL9Express_Hotfix_KB921896_SQLEXPR_NLA.EXE", there should be one of more log files. Can you search these log files for the "value 3". If you find "value 3", please copy/paste the 20 lines above to the newsgroup.
