Just an idea, put your office cd in and run setup customize and delete the
outlook 2003, reboot and reinstall it.

I downloaded today's updates, when I restarted, my computer hung on the
Windows startup screen with the blue bars going across the screen. I have
windows XP sp2. I restarted the computer in safe mode and uninstalled the
windows updates, but I can't uninstall the update to Microsoft Outlook
2003.
My system won't restart unless it is in safe mode and I don't know what to
do
now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
