It's called total and complete disregard for their paying customers which, of course, will eventually come back to bite them in the a$$.

This is a company that assumes that each and every one of their customers is a thief until they prove otherwise time and time again. So far, we've had WPA, WGA, WGA/N 1 and WGA/N2.
