Microsoft Update doesn't start (errorcode 0x800703E6)

Hi all,

I've since a couple of weeks a problem with Microsoft Update. It won't start. Constantly, I get the errorcode 0x800703E6. I've proofed that the required services are started, and i'm out of ideas.

I run windows XP SP2 Dutch.

Do one of you have a solution for this problem? Thanks in advance!
