Which site, Windows Update or Microsoft Update ?
Open the WindowsUpdate.log located in the WINDOWS directory (folder).
Scroll down towards the bottom for the most current entries.
Look for an error code in the same format as the one you previously posted, 0x80190193.
Post back with the section of the WindowsUpdate.log that contains any error codes besides the one you have already posted, please.
