Re: Updates can't install Windows Installer 3.1

Yes, I am the administrator on the machine.
I switched off my GriSoft anti-virus. I don't have any separate anti-spyware
software installed.
Still the same, I can't install the new installer.

Are you logged in as Administrator?

Try installing with your Anti Virus and Anti Spyware software programs
turned off.
