I found that error with the description on the MS website.
BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED (0x80200010)
The network adapter is inactive or disconnected. All jobs are placed in the
BG_JOB_STATE_TRANSIENT_ERROR state.
I went into device manager & everything was okay. The only thing I had
disabled was the internal NIC card. So I turned it on & tried WU again, &
still nothing.

If you are using Panda - check this
