Service Pack 3 for WHAT?!
Windows XP does not have a Service Pack 3.
Windows 2000 has a Service Pack 3 - but that is not the latest for it.
Windows NT does too - but that is way old.
Office 2003 does not have a Service Pack 3.
Office XP does have a Service Pack 3.
Office 2000 does have a Service Pack 3.
Office 95/97 do not have a Service Pack 3 I am aware of.

If you meant...

Windows 2000 (for whatever reason):

Windows NT (for whatever reason):

Office XP:

Office 2000:

In the future, please include the product (at least) your post is about.
This should speed things up. Remember - only you can see what you are
doing/looking at and only you know what you are attempting to accomplish.
The more details you present here - the better chance you will get a focused
and fast answer to your query.

Trying to decipher more of what it is you are trying to do requires me to
*guess* what it is you are speaking of. Given the timeframe, etc - I will
*assume* you are speaking of SP3 for Office XP. You really need your
Original Installation media in order to remove/reinstall Office XP. Without
it - the service pack - which just changes the installed files - will have
nothing to do. And no - you cannot just *download* a full version of Office
XP with SP3 integrated (legitimately.)

For Office XP SP3 - you may want to read this article:
http://www.windowssecrets.com/comp/040325

If you get the FullFile download from the link above - you should be okay -
however. It doesn't require the installation media - I believe.
