Go to Tools, then select Internet Options
Then select ADVANCED
Under Browsing - uncheck "Display Notification about every script error"
if that doesn't help see - how to Troubleshoot Script Errors in Internet Explorer

|I downloaded updates on Tuesday and have been getting "Runtime error has
| occurred. Do you want to debug? Line nn" ever since as I browse and open new
| windows. Usually multiple errors for each new window that have to be clicked
| off. How do I go back to old, functioning SW and bypass new updates? Or is
| there some other solution?
