Live ToolBar Warning

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I downloaded the latest (3.0) Live ToolBar and then added "OnFolio Beta"
from the "install buttons"; along with most of the other buttons. After
install I started getting a 2 second blank screen every 30 minutes with a
blinking bar in the upper left corner (like old MS-DOS). I uninstalled
"OnFolio" and the 30 minute interrupts stopped. It took a few hours to track
this down because it might have been anything in the Live ToolBar that was
causing it and I had to remove everything step-by-step to find it.

So if it happens to you than maybe this will save you time in fixing it.
