Download the update from here and save it, do *not* run it from it's location : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=85CABE87-C4A0-4F80-BD1C-210E23FD8D81&displaylang=en

Close Internet Explorer. Now try to install it.
If it still fails, then post back with the last entry from the KB9126281.log, please.
