Can Windows 98, 98SE and ME still get hotfixes from Microsoft

I posted this in the windows 98 general newsgroup but no one responded so I thought it might be more appropriate to post it here. Are hotfixes still available for Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition and Windows Millenium.
